9/23 Reading!!!

Nightly Fluency: Last week’s Nightly Reading fluency papers were collected today. Only about 1/2 the class returned their paper with the questions completed on the back. Those kids that returned their papers showed growth in the number of correct words read. Yippee!

Bag of Books: Students that brought their Bag of Books to school today, got to trade for a new Bag of Books. While trying to keep the number of the bags in order, I think some students ended up taking home the same Bag of Books they had last week. If that is true, I’ll see what I can do, but they may have to wait until next week.
